You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kite and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• your User Content
• your violation of these Terms
